kyat7 Terms & Conditions

This page sets out the official terms and conditions for using the kyat7 platform, including service policies and each player's individual responsibilities.

By accessing the kyat7 platform, opening an account, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform. kyat7 reserves the right to amend these terms with prior notice.

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the kyat7 platform ("Service") and you ("Player" or "User"). The term "Service" as used in this document refers to kyat7's website, mobile platform, and all related services.

The purpose of these terms is to establish a fair mutual understanding between players and the platform. These terms should be read together with kyat7's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are considered part of this agreement.

kyat7 is a digital platform offering football betting, live casino, slots, and other games for players in Myanmar. The gaming and betting services provided on the platform are intended for entertainment purposes.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may register only one personal account on kyat7. If more than one account is found belonging to the same individual, all such accounts may be closed and any balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Details

The name, date of birth, phone number, and KBZPay / Wave Money / AYA Pay / CB Pay payment details provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Providing incorrect information may result in withdrawal restrictions or account closure.

2.3 Account Security Responsibility

Players must keep their account login credentials (login ID and password) confidential. Players are personally responsible for all activity carried out on their account. If you suspect unauthorized access by a third party, notify us immediately at [email protected].

Players must be 21+ to use kyat7's services. Access by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. kyat7 may verify a player's age at any time and may suspend the account of anyone who refuses to cooperate with that verification.

In addition, players must confirm that using kyat7's services complies with the laws of their place of residence. It is each player's individual responsibility to check whether this service is permitted under the laws where they live.

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks regardless of the method used. Once a deposit is processed, the amount will be reflected in your kyat7 account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be sent to the same KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay account that was used for the deposit.

Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected in the following cases—

  • When the bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met
  • When the player's identity verification is not yet complete
  • When money laundering is suspected
  • When a breach of these terms and conditions is found

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

kyat7 is a platform committed to preventing money laundering. Accounts that deposit and immediately withdraw without any bonus-related play may be reviewed, and withdrawals may be restricted if such activity is detected.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kyat7 offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus and your balance becomes 40,000 Ks. To meet the wagering requirement: 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks must be wagered. Second example — If you deposit 220,000 Ks, the maximum bonus is 100,000 Ks and your balance becomes 320,000 Ks. To meet the wagering requirement: 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each player may claim each type of bonus once only
  • Different games may have different bonus contribution rates toward the wagering requirement
  • If the wagering requirement is not met within the set period, the bonus amount may be forfeited
  • kyat7 may modify or cancel bonus promotions with prior notice
  • Only one account per player, shared IP address, payment method, or device is eligible to claim a bonus

kyat7 offers football betting, live casino (including Baccarat, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger), slots, Shan Koe Mee, Sic Bo, and other games. Players must make their own decisions when playing, and game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system, so kyat7 cannot predict results in advance.

If a connection issue, server failure, or other technical problem occurs during play, kyat7 will record the outcome of any game in progress at the time of the disruption based on the software logs.

Players must understand the rules and mechanics of any game before playing. kyat7 is not responsible for unexpected game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kyat7 platform—

  • Exploiting software bugs or technical issues for gain
  • Requesting a chargeback due to dissatisfaction with a game result
  • Bonus abuse — attempting to claim bonuses without genuine gameplay intent
  • Hedging — placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit
  • Using bots, scripts, or auto-play software
  • Third-party payments — making deposits or withdrawals using accounts not in your own name
  • Using kyat7's brand logo or name in any advertising without prior written permission
  • Conducting or facilitating money laundering

If evidence is found that any of these prohibitions have been violated, kyat7 reserves the right to immediately close the player's account and deny any pending funds.

8.1 Circumstances Under Which kyat7 May Close an Account

  • When a breach of these terms and conditions is found
  • When false personal information is found to have been provided
  • When money laundering is suspected
  • When prohibited activities are found to have been carried out
  • When an age verification request is refused

8.2 When a Player Self-Excludes

If a player wishes to close their account by their own decision, they must contact [email protected]. Any bonus amounts that have not completed wagering requirements at the time of the closure request will be forfeited, and the remaining personal balance will be processed for withdrawal.
